How do I choose the right size for my body?
You can use our Smart Fitting Room to help you choose the correct size that fits your body shape.

How should I wash the shapewear?
To keep your shapewear in the best condition, we recommend hand washing it carefully:
- Fill a basin with lukewarm water.
- Add a mild detergent or baby shampoo (baby shampoo is ideal for delicate fabrics).
- Soak the shapewear for about 5 minutes.
- Gently rub without pulling, twisting, or wringing.
- Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water to remove all soap.
- Press lightly to remove excess water (avoid wringing).
- Leave to dry in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
How can I use the SHAP coupon code?

How can I adjust/update my order details?
Customers can change or cancel their item/order by themselves using the order editing section on the order status page within 120 minutes of placing the order.
Otherwise, customers can contact our customer support team within 6 hours of placing the online order or before 02:00 PM Mecca time.
If the order has already been shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.

How can I track my order?
After shipping the order, you will receive an email, text message, and a message via WhatsApp that includes the tracking number of the shipment. This allows you to track its location instantly through the shipping company’s website.

How long does the order take to reach my address?
Order processing is completed within 24 hours of placing your order.
After our shipping partners receive your order from our warehouse, delivery takes:
